The hotel is conveniently located near everything in Petoskey, offering a quiet and peaceful stay while being very close to the old downtown area. The rooms are average but come with a nice patio/balcony.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, although it felt a bit outdated. The service, especially from Darlene, was excellent and very accommodating. The location was convenient for exploring the area, and the breakfast options were satisfying. Overall, a decent value for the price paid.

The hotel was very much like a budget motel, with well-worn and tired rooms that were adequate and roomy. The service was great all around, with friendly staff quick to fix any issues and added services like cleaning guest vehicles and a limousine service. The location was very close to everything but had warm, cloudy water at a sandy beach. The dining experience was great, offering a variety of selections. However, the location might not be a first choice next time as stores closed early and the water quality at the nearby beach was not ideal.
